My husband of almost 3 years has been in and out of prision for the last 3 years and i cannot deal with it anymore and i heard that once they are incaracated that you can file for free and i need some help where to start.

I have also been in the system, and what needs to happen is since he is the one incarcerated. He needs to go to the Library and have the law clerk get him the address for the county you were married in and He needs to mail off to the Co. and ask for a DIVORCE packet. they send it to him. and he needs to fill it out send it back and a court date will be set. and for that service if you are a convict is free
you on the outside will have to hire a attorney so ask him to file it and it wont cost him
