If the courts find out, they may take some action or at least review the divorce case and document that there is a pregancy, could change the settlement agreement issues when a child is involved with parenting issues

Don't know about Ohio but in Mississippi you can't get divorced until the baby is born.

What does being pregnant have to do with a divorce being finalized? Their divorce is legal.

I am in the UK and it doesn't matter if the woman is pregnant or not when she files for divorce so unless the law is different over there I cant tell you, seems a strange situation though to have to stay married just because you are pregnant. Wouldn't suit me at all, if its over its over.
